Fee Schedule

I can meet you at my office, or at your home/other desired location as my schedule allows (see below).

*Additional time beyond scheduled visit will be billed at $37.50 per 15 minute increment.

Phone calls, email responses longer than five minutes, that require chart review, recording, or additional advice, are billed at the hourly rate as per the above schedule.

Payment is due in full at time of service. Cash, credit, and debit are acceptable forms of payment.

I can also see you fee-free with a donation based setup. Please let me know if this is your preference.
